You will be working in a team (CSD, order entry, planning) to run our services as good as possible.
Your job is to ensure commitments made to our customers are being respected. You are their main contact person for all daily operational matters. Required skills for this job are: having knowledge of logistic processes (or willing to learn) and having experience with customer relations.
• MBO + / HBO level;
• French-speaking (preferably native speaker);
• Flexible and service-oriented;
• You are a team player;
• Decisive and proactive;
• You also master the English language
